2013 Knight Granite Hills Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and nectarine are mixed in subtlely with some dried honey characters followed by biscuity nougat and faint spice. Light to medium weight and quite fresh the palate is flavoured with delicate white peach and nectarines followed by some lightly spiced cashew and faint dried honey characters. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew, subtle dried honey and spice.
