Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lime and citrus top notes are followed by some talc, green apple and spice. Light and dry with a steely mouthfeel the palate has flavours of lemon and lime followed by some steely mineral. Clean crisp acidity provides a good spine for cellaring. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
