Impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Potent aromas of liquorice, ripe blackberries and dark chocolate are followed by spicy vanillin cedar and hints of mint. Rich aniseed, choc mint and blackberry flavours decorate the generously textured palate underscored by vanillin cedar and spice. Dryish finish with firm, slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of aniseed, choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice.
