2013 Hanrahan Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with a crimson red hue. The nose shows good lift with aromas of ripe dark cherries and strawberries intermixed with meaty characters followed by some faint anise and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight the palate has a supple mouthfeel and generous flavours of ripe dark cherries and plum over some subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Very fine grained velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, subtle meatiness and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
