Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays peach and apricot top notes followed by some bees wax like characters and citrusy nougat. Medium bodied the palate has a creamy mouthfeel with flavours of white peach and apricot overlaid by cashew and nougat with a touch of spice on the clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of peach, cashew, nougat and light spice.
