2013 Handpicked Collection Tasmania Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and plums are overlaid by some anise with following toasty cedar and spice notes. Light to medium weight with good richness and a spicy finish the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries, dark plums and anise over dried meats and spicy toasted oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, anise, some meatiness and toasty oak.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
