Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Showing excellent intensity lifted lime and citrus aromas are to the fore on the nose followed by some crunchy green apple and mineral. The palate is filled with snappy concentrated lime and citrus flavours followed by some tangy orange rind and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with a steely tight structure. Long tangy lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
