Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of lime and orange zest followed by some citrus and mineral. Palate flavours of tropical fruits intermixed with some lime are followed by a touch of mandarin and mineral. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of tropical fruits, ripe lime and citrus.
