2013 Gioiello Estate Reserve Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a pale straw hue. Aromas of fresh nectarine and citrus meld into hints of dried honey, biscuity oak, some toastiness and spice. Light and dry with a lean textural feel the palate has citrus and nectarine flavours which sit over some oily toast like characters, faint dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, oily toast like characters, traces of dried honey and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
