2013 Gilligan Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre

Opaque black crimson colour with a dark crimson black tinged hue. The nose sports aromas of black cherries and liquorice followed by some blackberries, meatiness, vanillin confectionary and pepper. The palate is packed with rich opulent fruit flavours of blackberries and liquorice over some dried meats with a peppery finish and sumptuous texture. Long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, dried meats, subtle vanillin confectionary and pepper.
Cellar 5-6 years.
