Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose exhibits ripe lime top notes over some citrus, a hint of orange blossom and mineral. Lively palate flavours of lime and citrus are to the fore with some orange blossom infusions and a dry flinty mineral finish. Crisp crunchy acidity with aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus and flinty mineral.
