Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays intense aromas of lime and citrus followed by some orange rind, light talc and mineral. Concentrated flavours of lime and citrus follow on the palate with some underlying talc and a crunchy mineral infused acid backbone and finish. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus and talcy minerality.
