Includes a dash of Zinfandel in the blend. Deep dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose exhibits dark cherry aromas mixed in with some cedar, earth and spicy dried herbs. Light to medium weight and without great depth the palate has a relatively simple profile of dark cherries intermixed with dried herbs over some earthy cedar and spice. Fine grained tannins. Modest aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, dried herbs and earthy cedar.
