2013 Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of apricot, citrus and dried honey followed by some light cashew and nougat. Medium to full bodied with creamy textural qualities the palate possesses flavours of peaches and apricots over a background of cashew, flinty matchstick characters and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of cashew, flinty matchstick characters, dried honey and spice.
