Matured in French oak for 8 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays some white peach top notes followed by cashew, nougat and a hint of honeycomb. The palate has good richness along with a creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of white peach, cashew and nougat with some citrus on the back palate. Dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew and nougat.
