A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Shiraz. Opaque dark red black tinged core with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and chocolate coated raspberries are followed by toasty vanillin oak and spice. Rich and plush the palate is filled with liquorice, spicy dark raspberries and vanillin confectionary over toasty oak and subtle earth characters. Finishes with a light dusting of pepper. Dryish but finely grained tannins with a medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Flooded with ripe, sweet raspberry and saturated plum with mint and five-spice notes finally getting a word in edgeways through the finish.
