Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright crimson purple hue. Nosing reveals scents of sour cherries and raspberries over some light clove, earth and spice notes. Light and quite fruity the palate finishes dry with flavours of cherries over some earth and lightly spiced meats. Fine grained tannins with an aftertaste of cherries, earth and spice.
