90% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Certified organic. Deep dark purple red colour with a bright purple hue. The nose offers up quite attractive aromas of ripe dark raspberries, a touch of liquorice and clove followed by some spicy overtones. Light to medium weight the palate sports a joosy upfront flavour profile of ripe dark raspberries and spice drying out towards the finish with earth and light clove also present. Dryish, slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark raspberries, earthy clove and spice.
