2013 Domaine Chandon Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a deep purple red hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice and ripe dark cherries over some minty cedar like characters with subtle spice end notes. Light weight and possessing typical cool climate elegance the palate features flavours of dark cherries, a touch of mint, cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained ever so slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, spearmint and spicy cedar.
