2013 De Bortoli Villages Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Lifted aromas of dark cherries and strawberries are intermixed with a faint whiff of anise followed by some meaty characters and spicy cedar. Light, supple and savoury the palate features dark cherry and plum flavours over cedar, light meatiness and spice. Good power with very fine grained slightly dryish tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries, plum, subtle game and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
