Bright very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pears and citrus are followed by some dried straw characters and a faint hint of honeysuckle as an end note. Lively palate with fresh pear, apple and citrus flavours to the fore followed by some light mineral on the clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of fresh pear, apple and mineral.
