Opaque black dark red colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries, liquorice and dark plum meld into some toasty oak with spicy pepper end notes. Medium bodied the palate is filled juicy ripe dark cherry, liquorice and blackberry flavours with a backdrop of spicy toasted oak. Fleshy mouthfeel with fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, toasty oak and spice.
