Semi translucent, slightly cloudy dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe dark cherries and strawberries are intermixed with traces of anise over spicy cedar. Light in body weight the palate has flavours of dark raspberries, ripe red cherries and strawberries followed by some meaty lightly toasted cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of strawberries, ripe red cherries, some meatiness and spicy cedar.
