Brilliant very pale straw colour with a bright greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and fresh white peach are overlaid by some roasted almond like characters with following faint nougat and spice notes. Concentrated fresh white peach flavours are to the fore followed by some citrus, light cashew and flinty matchstick notes. Clean dry finish with perfectly balanced acidity. Medium to long aftertaste of white peaches, cashews and flinty matchstick notes.
