Described by international wine critic Steve Tanzer as ‘Textbook Provencal Rose” this delightful wine has been made from a blend of 40% Grenache, 50% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.
Translucent pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Delightful notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry intermix with a faint hint of musk followed by some spice. Dry and delicious the palate features flavours of ripe cherries, raspberries and a touch of musk wrapped up in a round textural mouthfeel with a spicy back palate. Fresh acid finish. Excellent length with a long cherry, raspberry and spicy musk aftertaste.
