Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose is a touch restrained with scents of lemon and lime emerging followed by some minerality. On the palate lime and citrus flavours are dominate over a steely mineral infused background. Clean crisp dry finish. Medium to long lime, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
