Tasting note: Distilled in 2013 and finished in ex-Sauternes casks. A nose of dried grass, Toblerone bar and distant honey follows in a crisp, fresh malt with generous vanillas, waxy orchard fruit flavours and lovely vitality. Ends drier, with oak shavings, light beeswax and enveloping wood spice. 47.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 607 bottles on offer.
