2013 Cannibal Creek Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peaches intermixed with dried honey, cashew and spice. Light to medium weight the palate possesses fresh peach and apricot flavours over a background of cashew and dried honey with a touch of spice also present. Moderately creamy texture with a clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe peach, apricot, dried honey and spicy cashew.
Cellar 3-4 years.
