Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue. Liquorice and ripe black cherry top notes are followed by some blackberries, vanillin oak and spice. Showing ample richness and a slippery textural feel the palate features ripe dark plum, liquorice and blackberry flavours over a back drop of lightly smoked vanillin cedar and pepper. Velvet smooth tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of spicy dark plums, ripe blackberries, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and pepper.
