Totally opaque black purple colour with a dark purple hue. Aromas of liquorice, dark plum and dark chocolate are overlaid by vanillin oak and subtle mocha. Supple and plushly textured the medium to full bodied palate dishes up good levels of richness with generous flavours of dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate sliding their way across the palate over a back drop of vanillin oak and subtle spice. Soft velvety tannins. Long aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, vanillin oak and spice.
