Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Nosing reveals ripe dark plum and raspberry scents overlaid by hints of liquorice and scorched earth with light pepper end notes. Soft and plush in the mouth the medium bodied palate possesses flavours of dark plums, liquorice and scorched earth followed by traces of spice. Slightly dryish finish with velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, liquorice, scorched earth and pepper.
