A rich, enveloping White Burgundy that possesses terrific energy and freshness in spite of its age.

Remarkably youthful brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmering green tinged surrounds and watery hue. Elevated aromas of white peach and pear combine with dried honey, subtle roasted almond, crème brulee and spice notes. Rich and concentrated, with a creamy textural feel offset against surprising freshness which belies it’s age. Mouth filling, fleshy white peach, pear and dried honey flavours meld into a delicately roasted almond, citrusy crème brulee, bees wax and flint back drop. Concludes long, texturally enveloping and energetic.
