Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Ripe gooseberry and passionfruit scents intermix with a herbaceous overlay followed by some citrus. Mouthfilling flavours of passionfruit and citrus fill the palate followed by some lime, green apple and herbaceous characters. Clean crisp acid finish with long passionfruit, herbaceous citrus and green apple aftertaste.
