Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. The nose exhibits spicy blackcurrant aromas with a faint hint of liquorice also present over some toasty cedar. Medium bodied plummy blackcurrant flavours are to the fore over a background of spicy toasted cedar. Soft fine-grained tannins. Aftertaste of plummy blackcurrant, toasty cedar and spice.
