Brilliant water like colour with distinctive light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Superb nose with scents of passionfruit and herbaceous grassy gooseberry leaping out of the glass followed by green apple and citrus.
Mouthwatering flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry fill the palate alongside some light capsicum nuances with a citrusy mineral infused finish. Clean crisp zesty acidity. Excellent length with long ripe herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus, light capsicum and mineral aftertaste.
