2013 Adelphi Caol Ila 8 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Adelphi invariably select outstanding Caol Ilas - not really a huge challenge as even young bottlings can be very good to excellent. According to one taster, this is "...creamy, smoky and a bit on the herbally side... just the finish is a bit short, but who cares if the palate is so nice and powerful?" Bottled in 2021 at cask strength, producing a medium outturn of 281 bottles. 56.6% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
