This exceptional cask is a highlight of the release, combining the distillery’s renowned elegance with a layered, yet approachable character. Tasting Notes Colour: Butterscotch gold. Nose: Apricot jam doughnuts, honey glaze and toasted coconut. Palate: Delicate choux pastry, almond praline and gentle clove. Finish: Buttery richness melts into roasted nuts and fine baking spice.
