Opaque dark purple black colour with dark purple hue. The nose is youthful as expected showing lifted ripe dark raspberry, liquorice and dark plum top notes followed by some confectionary and subtle spice. Freshly crushed dark raspberry and blackberry flavours are followed by a touch of liquorice and confectionary with a dry inky back palate. Grippy tannins and crisp acidity make for a slightly tart finish. Aftertaste of ripe dark raspberry, plum and spice.
