Opaque black purple colour with a dark purple crimson hue. The nose displays top notes of blackcurrants and mulberries over some cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium weight with an elegant solid structure the palate features generous blackcurrant flavours followed by a touch of liquorice, cedar and spice. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins providing the framework. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, cedar and spice.
