Opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackberries, liquorice and black olive are overlaid by some spicy toasted oak. Medium bodied the palate has rich freshly crushed ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, toasty vanillin cedar and spice.
