A blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Shiraz. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries and ripe blackcurrants followed by very subtle hints of liquorice and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has flavours of dark cherries and plums over some cedar and spice. Slightly dry and chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, plum and spicy cedar.
