Brilliant water like colour with greenish pale straw tinge and watery hue. Zesty lemon and lime top notes are followed by some crunchy green apple and mineral. Dry with a steely mineral infused acid structure which revolves around freshly squeezed lemon and lime flavours. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
