Deep very dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and stewed fruits with a cedary overlay are followed by some faint tobacco and spice notes. Light to medium weight the palate has flavours of stewed fruits and dark cherries over some cedar, earth and spice. Dry finish with firm, slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruits, dark cherries, spicy cedar and light earth.
