2012 Villa Maria Cellar Selection Pinot Noir

Semi translucent ruby red colour with a crimson red hue. Nosing reveals lifted scents of ripe dark cherries, strawberry and plum intermixed with some violets and spicy cedar. Supplely textured and possessing an excellent power wave the palate features flavours of rich dark cherries, plum and anise over a background of toasty cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins finishing long with an aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, anise and spicy cedar.,br> Drink over the next 5-6 years.
