2012 Toolangi Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak for 10 months. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with a bright crimson hue. Perfumed aromas of violets intermixed with dark cherries greet the nostrils followed by some meatiness, cedar and spice. Light in body weight the palate has flavours of dark cherries, meaty characters and spicy cedar. Dry finish with slightly chalky but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, dried meats and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
