Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. Lifted white peach notes intermixed with cashew are to the fore with some trailing aromas of biscuit, subtle toasty oak and spice. Medium weight with a nice textural mouthfeel the palate is balanced out by some refreshing acidity on the finish. Flavours of white peach and citrus are followed by some cashew, biscuity oak and light spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, spicy biscuity oak and white peach.
