Made from a blend of Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. The nose provides an aromatic profile of dark cherries, gamey meat like characters, cedar, subtle earthiness and spice. Lighter bodied the palate possesses flavours of dark cherries and ripe strawberries followed by some gamey cedar and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Reasonably good power with aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, game, cedar and spice.
