Opaque black purple colour with a dark purple hue. Lifted black raspberry and liquorice aromas are followed by some leather and white pepper end notes. Medium weight the palate has fruity black raspberry flavours followed by a touch of liquorice, earthy leather and pepper. Dry finish with slightly chalky but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black raspberry, liquorice, leather and pepper.
