Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of delicate white peach and pear are followed by some cashew and light spicy nougat. Light across the palate with an elegant moderately creamy mouthfeel, flavours of delicate pear, cashew, biscuit and spice are present. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, cashew and spice.
