Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of fresh pears, Granny Smith apple, citrus and a hint of mineral as an end note. Light and dry the palate has flavours of pear and apple followed by some subtle dried honey and nutty characters. Dry finish with aftertaste of pear, apple, subtle spicy dried honey and nuts.
